Catholic Business Leaders Foster Collaboration and Entrepreneurial Growth at Goa Dimensions Milestone Conference

Margao, Goa, June 3, 2026: Catholic entrepreneurs from across Goa gathered in Margao to celebrate the 175th Business Conference of Goa Dimensions South Zone, reaffirming their commitment to faith-inspired entrepreneurship, collaboration, and mutual growth.

Held on May 28 at Nanutel Hotel, the milestone event brought together business owners and professionals who are part of Goa Dimensions, a thriving network that supports Catholic entrepreneurs through structured fortnightly meetings in its North and South zones. The platform encourages members to exchange referrals, share expertise, and strengthen business relationships rooted in trust and mutual support.

A highlight of every Goa Dimensions gathering is the “Diamonds” segment, where members reflect on their entrepreneurial journeys and professional experiences. During the conference, Gabriel Pinto and Batista Fernandes shared inspiring accounts of their business growth and personal achievements, while Russell provided valuable insights into mutual fund investments.

The keynote session was led by renowned business coach Floyd Tavares, founder of the L.E.A.P. Movement, who engaged participants through an interactive and unconventional presentation that blended music, learning, and audience participation. Assisted by DJ Benzi and team member Victor, Tavares explored principles of business development through his concepts of “The Five Decades” and the “Trinity Pattern.”

Drawing on the idea that people often retain information more effectively when presented in groups of three, Tavares highlighted practical applications of the Trinity Pattern in branding, pricing strategies, and communication. He also encouraged participants to cultivate effective learning habits through active note-taking, the use of music and rhythm as memory aids, and consistent repetition.

The keynote further outlined five stages of entrepreneurial development. These included discovering purpose through perseverance and self-belief, building influence by creating vision-driven communities, developing leadership through the L.E.A.P. framework—Love, Energy, Action and Produce—pursuing mastery beyond expertise, and sustaining momentum through accountability, action, and focused attention.

A distinctive feature of Goa Dimensions is its referral-based networking model, which emphasises service and trust rather than financial incentives. Members acknowledge successful referrals through formal “Thank You Notes,” reinforcing a culture of professional integrity and mutual encouragement.

The conference also included a prayer service and a minute of silence in memory of the late Fr. Bolmax Pereira of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman, remembered for his priestly ministry and commitment to environmental causes.

Organisers expressed gratitude to the executive committee, resource persons, and volunteers whose efforts contributed to the success of the gathering.

With members representing diverse sectors such as construction, consulting, industrial services, electrical appliances, printing, finance, and food supply, Goa Dimensions continues to strengthen its mission of promoting ethical entrepreneurship and meaningful collaboration within the Catholic business community. The organisation is currently led by President Jason Andrade along with its managing directors and executive committee.
