Held on January 3-4, each day began with uplifting sessions of praise and worship, setting a positive and unifying tone for the program.

The first session, led by Fr. Jude, Minister of the Bishop's House, focused on effective strategies for encouraging and motivating young people. Fr. Jude emphasised the importance of creating a supportive environment where youth can thrive. Followed by this, Mr. Narendra Toppo, former regional treasurer, conducted an engaging and interactive session highlighting the significance of a strong foundation for youth leadership. Through practical activities, he demonstrated how a solid base empowers young leaders to overcome challenges.

The afternoon praise and worship session was led by Fr. Pradeep Rodrigues, the Youth Director. He provided a comprehensive overview of the Jubilee Year, explaining its meaning, purpose, and significance. The second day was entirely facilitated by Fr. Arunanandu O'Praem, Prior of St. Norbert Abbey, Jamtara. His sessions centered on personality types and their characteristics, introducing participants to the nine Enneagram types.
