St. Sebastian Parish Choir, Goa, Releases Jubilee 2025 Hymn on YouTube

Aquem, February 14, 2025 – St. Sebastian Parish Choir has released its much-anticipated Jubilee 2025 hymn, now available on the church’s official YouTube channel, St. Sebastian Church Aquem.  

The hymn’s release aligns with the Catholic Church’s global preparations for the Jubilee Year 2025, a time of spiritual renewal and celebration. Titled Utsovache Git, the hymn features original text by Pierangelo Sequeri, an English translation by Andrew Wadsworth, music by Francesco Meneghello, and a Konkani adaptation by Lino de Sa. The St. Sebastian Parish Choir, under the leadership of Fr. Josely Rocha, presented the hymn in a harmonious blend of English and Konkani as the opening prayer for the Kantaram Lharam 2025 Konkani Singing Competition.  

Parishioners and listeners worldwide can now access the hymn on the church’s official YouTube channel. The Jubilee 2025 hymn by St. Sebastian Parish Choir stands as a testament to the choir’s dedication to glorifying God through music.
