Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, March 25, 2026— In a bid to prepare clergy and religious for academic and missionary engagement in Italy, Divyavani Social Communications has announced a month-long intensive Italian language programme to be held from April 6 to May 5, 2026, at its new campus in Ramanthapur.
The initiative, organised under the auspices of the Telugu Catholic Bishops' Conference, is tailored for priests, women religious, seminarians, and candidates preparing for studies or pastoral ministry in Italy. The course will focus on developing practical communication skills, with special emphasis on daily conversation, pronunciation, liturgical expressions, Holy Mass readings, and Scripture reading in Italian.
According to organisers, the programme is structured with multiple daily sessions to ensure immersive learning and consistent language practice. The sessions will be led by Naresh Babu Gali, with academic support from Ann Marie.
Designed to foster confidence and fluency, the course seeks to equip participants for both academic pursuits and pastoral responsibilities in Italian-speaking contexts. Particular attention will be given to ecclesial vocabulary and real-life communication needs encountered in formation houses and mission settings.
Residential facilities, including accommodation and meals, will be provided to ensure a focused and conducive learning environment.
