Day 14 of 40: Daily Encounters with Jesus

Mar 5, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.

Today Jesus says to you: “I never reject a contrite heart.” (Diary, 1485)

At times, we may feel regret over past mistakes or repeated weaknesses. Yet Jesus makes a promise that should give us courage: a repentant heart is never turned away.

Today, He reminds us that His Heart does not close when we fall, nor does it keep an indelible record of our failures. Instead, it opens wider each time we return with humility.

No matter how many times we begin again, His mercy remains ready to receive us.

Ask Yourself: Am I afraid to return to Jesus because of my failures? Can I trust that His Heart welcomes me today?

Pray: Jesus, receive my contrite heart.
