Mumbai, Jan 24, 2026: Thirty consecrated women from Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa and Madhya Pradesh participated in a three-day Leadership Training Programme organised by Amrat Talitha Kum India (ATKI) at Atma Darshan, Andheri East, from January 16 to 18.
The programme aimed to strengthen leadership skills among women religious engaged in mission-oriented ministries, particularly in efforts to prevent human trafficking and support survivors. Participants were encouraged to deepen self-awareness, spiritual reflection and collaborative leadership through interactive sessions, team-building activities and faith-based inputs.
Sessions focused on personal growth, cooperative leadership, servant leadership rooted in the Gospel, and effective community engagement. Practical exercises helped participants understand social vulnerabilities and explore strategies for intervention, advocacy and collaboration with civil authorities.The training concluded with participants reaffirming their commitment to exercise leadership with compassion, responsibility and unity, strengthening their mission to serve vulnerable communities.
