Raikia, Odisha, October 5, 2026: Vijaya Higher Secondary School in Raikia, Kandhamal district, observed the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on October 2, with students urged to embrace truth, nonviolence, discipline and service.
