Remedy Youth Group Hosts Soulful Taizé Prayer Service at Shrine of Our Lady of Remedies, Vasai

Vasai, April 16, 2025: The Remedy Youth Group, Vasai, hosted a peaceful and spiritually enriching Taizé Prayer Service on Tuesday, April 15, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Remedies in Remedy, Vasai. The event brought together parishioners of all ages for an evening of serene prayer and silent reflection.

The service began at 7 p.m. and was led by members of the Remedy Youth Group, who guided attendees through soft, repetitive Taizé hymns, cultivating a deep sense of peace and spiritual introspection. The evening continued with meditative chants, scripture readings, and moments of silent reflection, all set against the gentle glow of candlelight. Participants embraced the silence to listen to the voice of God in stillness and serenity.

The atmosphere was reverent and contemplative throughout the service, offering a much-needed escape from the noise and demands of everyday life. The simplicity and solemnity of the service highlighted the core values of Taizé spirituality — peace, prayer, and community.

The evening concluded with confessions, providing the attendees with an opportunity for spiritual renewal.
