Jesus Youth Campus Ministry India Concludes Nine-Day Leadership Formation Programme in Pune

Pune, July 3, 2026: Jesus Youth Campus Ministry India concluded Campus Vibes 13.0, a nine-day leadership and faith formation programme in Pune, bringing together young Catholic leaders from across India and the United Arab Emirates for spiritual renewal, leadership development and mission-oriented formation.

Held from June 19 to 27, the programme drew 33 participants, including two campus ministers from the UAE, who engaged in sessions designed to deepen their faith while equipping them with practical leadership skills for campus ministry.

Inspired by the biblical verse, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever!" (1 Chronicles 16:34), the formation programme invited participants to step away from the demands of daily life and undertake a journey of prayer, reflection and discernment rooted in vision, love and courage.

Throughout the nine-day event, participants attended leadership formation sessions, shared experiences of campus ministry, and strengthened their spiritual foundations while fostering collaboration among young leaders serving in diverse regions.

Organisers said the programme aimed to prepare participants for greater responsibility in campus ministry by combining practical leadership training with opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

Jesus Youth Campus Ministry India acknowledged the contributions of its National Council, regional and zonal teams, resource persons and senior mentors whose guidance helped shape the programme. The organisers also expressed gratitude to those who supported the initiative through prayers and encouragement.

Participants described Campus Vibes 13.0 as a transformative experience that strengthened their commitment to Christ-centred leadership and renewed their enthusiasm for serving young people on college campuses.

The programme highlighted the continuing efforts of Jesus Youth Campus Ministry India to form young Catholic leaders capable of fostering vibrant faith communities and advancing the Church's mission among students in India and beyond.
