Fr. Rafi Kootumkal Elected to Board of Directors of World Family of Radio Maria

Italy, October 17, 2024: In a significant development, Fr. Rafi Kootumkal, an Indian priest from the Diocese of Cochin, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the World Family of Radio Maria during the World Conference held in Milan, Italy. This prestigious event brought together 200 delegates from 86 countries, representing Radio Maria stations from around the world.

Fr. Rafi will now represent all countries in the Asia-Oceania region on the Board. Radio Maria, a global network of radio stations and media broadcasts, reaches millions of listeners with Christian programming and spiritual guidance. In India, the headquarters and studios of Radio Maria are located in Edakochi, Kerala, playing a vital role in delivering faith-based content to the nation.
