Day 22 of 40: Daily Encounters with Jesus

March 14, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.

Today Jesus reminds us through St. Faustina’s Diary that the more we trust Him, the more grace our souls are able to receive (Diary, 1578).

Trust is not always easy. In today’s world, we are often taught to place our security in things we can control — our jobs, our savings, our plans, and our achievements. When those things feel uncertain, anxiety quickly follows.

Yet Jesus gently invites us to place our lives into His merciful Heart. The more we entrust to Him — our fears, our plans, our future — the more space we give His grace to work within us. Trust in God does not remove life’s uncertainties, but it reminds us that our lives are ultimately held in His hands.

This Lent, allow trust to become your daily response to God.

Ask Yourself: What part of my life am I struggling to entrust to God? Can I place my worries into His Heart today?

Pray: Jesus, increase my trust in You.
