Feb 28, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.
Today Jesus says to you: “When it seems to you that your suffering is beyond your strength, do not look at it; but look at My Heart.” (Diary, 1497)
Today, if something feels overwhelming, Jesus gives you direction: do not fix your gaze on the weight of the burden — fix it on His Heart. His Heart is not distant or indifferent; it is wounded yet alive with mercy, patient with your struggles, and burning with love for you even in your weakness.
When suffering fills your vision, hope begins to fade. But when you look toward His Heart — the Heart that endured rejection, pain, and the Cross out of love — strength slowly returns. There you find compassion instead of judgment, mercy instead of condemnation.
Today, shift your focus. Rest your worries in His merciful Heart, which is greater than every trial you carry.
Ask Yourself: Am I focusing more on my problem than on His Heart? Can I choose to look toward Him in this difficulty?
Pray: Jesus, keep my eyes fixed on Your Heart.
