BHOPAL, AUGUST 17, 2026: The Archdiocese of Bhopal felicitated meritorious students of Classes 10 and 12 under its ‘Khoob Padho Aage Badho 2026’ (Study Well, Move Forward) initiative at St Joseph’s Co-Ed School, Arera Colony, on August 16.
The programme sought to encourage young people to pursue education with dedication and perseverance while highlighting the role of education in personal development and service to society.
Archbishop Durairaj, SVD, of Bhopal felicitated the students with trophies, certificates of excellence and cash prizes. Interacting with the students, he encouraged them to value their education, make good use of their talents and strive for excellence.
The Archbishop also emphasised that academic success should go hand in hand with good character, compassion and a commitment to serving others.
The programme recognised not only the achievements of the students but also the contribution of parents, teachers and educational institutions in supporting their academic journey.
The initiative is part of the Archdiocese of Bhopal’s efforts to promote education and empower young people to develop their potential. It seeks to motivate students to set higher goals, work diligently and grow into responsible and compassionate citizens capable of contributing to the Church and society.
The achievements of the students were presented as an encouragement to their peers to pursue their studies with greater commitment and use their talents for the benefit of others.
