Udupi, Karnataka, Sept. 17, 2025 —Five short films produced by youth from different deaneries of the Udupi Diocese were released on September 15 on the official YouTube channel of the Udupi Diocesan Youth Commission. The films were created as part of a short film competition organised by ICYM Udupi in the lead-up to its Diocesan Youth Convention, "Yuva Dabazo 2.0". The initiative provided a creative platform for young people to share meaningful stories that explored themes such as faith, forgiveness, and unity.
The five short films that were released are:
1. UNDO
Produced by: Youth of ICYM Kallianpur Deanery
"UNDO" is a thought-provoking short film that explores the themes of choices, responsibility, and the nature of time. The plot follows a young boy who discovers a time machine in the form of an antique stopwatch. He tries to use it to rewrite a painful past, but he quickly learns a profound lesson: he cannot change what has already happened. The film reminds the audience that while no one can "undo" mistakes committed by them, everyone can shape their future with the choices they make.
