Nagpur Archdiocesan Media Team Holds AI Workshop for School Teachers

NAGPUR, November 4, 2026: The Nagpur Archdiocesan Media and Communication (NAMCOM) organised an artificial intelligence (AI) workshop for teachers of St John Public School, a CBSE-affiliated institution in Mohan Nagar, Nagpur, on November 3.

The workshop, conducted by Fr. Jomise Joy and his team, introduced teachers to emerging AI technologies and their applications in education.

Through practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions, participants explored various AI tools and their use in lesson planning, content creation, presentations and classroom activities.

The sessions enabled teachers to understand how AI could support teaching and learning while encouraging them to explore its creative and responsible use in the classroom.

Teachers actively participated in the exercises and gained practical exposure to technology-based approaches that could enhance their teaching methods.

NAMCOM thanked the school's Principal, Fr. Arun Poulose, for facilitating the initiative and providing teachers with an opportunity to develop skills relevant to the changing educational environment.
