Logo Unveiled for Pope Leo XIV’s Apostolic Visit to Lebanon

Vatican City, 26 November 2025 — The Vatican has released the official logo for Pope Leo XIV’s first apostolic journey to Lebanon, which will take place from 30 November to 2 December, highlighting who is travelling, what the visit represents, when and where it will occur, why the mission is significant, and how its message is being expressed visually.

The logo features the Pope with his right hand raised in blessing, alongside a dove symbolising peace and a cedar tree — Lebanon’s enduring emblem of faith, resilience, and harmony. To the right, a cross shaped as an anchor reflects the Jubilee Year 2025 symbol of hope rooted firmly in Christ.

The colours — deep blue, soft pink, green and light blue — blend to convey serenity, while the white background expresses the nation’s longing for lasting peace.

The chosen biblical theme, “Blessed are the peacemakers” (Mt 5:9), captures the spirit of the Pope’s visit: to bring comfort, hope and encouragement to the Lebanese people and to call for dialogue, reconciliation and renewed unity among all communities in this resilient nation.
