Indore Diocese Celebrates Balak Yesu Sangh (BYS) Day

Indore, November 6, 2025: Balak Yesu Sangh (BYS) Day was celebrated by the Youth and Vocation Commission of the diocese of Indore in Madhya Pradesh where a day-long formative and faith-filled gathering was organised for children from Classes 5 to 8. The event brought together around 240 young participants from 10–12 parishes, fostering community spirit, devotion, and missionary enthusiasm.

The celebration began with the Holy Mass, during which newly enrolled members took their oath, formally joining the association and committing to live their faith with dedication.

The day featured a variety of engaging activities, including a quiz competition and a house altar decoration contest, aimed at nurturing both knowledge of the faith and creative expression.

The sessions were enriched by the contributions of Fr. Martin, Fr. Naveen, Sr. Regi, and 10 BYS animators, who guided the children through interactive teachings and encouraged them to cultivate a missionary spirit.
