Grace-Filled Pilgrimage: St. Anthony Church Parishioners Visit Infant Jesus Shrine, Bhopal

Bhopal, 25 March, 2025 – The Matha Maria Samithi of St. Anthony Church organised a spiritually enriching pilgrimage on 24 March, to the Infant Jesus Shrine in Bhopal, drawing a large gathering of faithful. Led by Shrine Rector Rev. Fr. Benito and his team, the event was a deeply moving experience of prayer and reflection.

The evening began with the Way of the Cross, as pilgrims walked through the Stations of the Cross, meditating on Christ’s Passion. This solemn devotion set the stage for the highlight of the pilgrimage—the Holy Eucharist, celebrated by Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Emmanuel and concelebrated by Fr. James, Fr. Felix, and Fr. Suresh.

In his homily, Fr. Emmanuel reflected on God’s patience, human repentance, and the call to bear spiritual fruit. Following the liturgy, pilgrims gathered for a simple fellowship meal, sharing faith and gratitude.

As they returned home under the peaceful night sky, their hearts were filled with divine grace, carrying a renewed commitment to live out their faith with devotion and trust in the Infant Jesus.
