Dindori Deanery Youth Unite to Reignite Their Commitment to the Church in Jabalpur

Dindori, October 3, 2025 — The youth of the Dindori deanery of the Jabalpur diocese came together for a one-day seminar that brought together 117 participants from eight parishes, uniting to “reunite and rejuvenate” their involvement in church activities.

The sessions, led by Fr. Anil Kujur and Fr. Sanjay Kujur were on the theme “The responsibilities of the youth in the church today to build the church tomorrow.” Their talks encouraged the young participants to embrace leadership, service, and active participation in parish life.

Fr. Joseph P., Dean of Dindori, celebrated the concluding Mass, while Parish Priests Fr. James Santanam and Fr. Asish Patta, along with Youth Co-ordinator Fr. P. Sahaya Ajil and other religious personnel, offered their support and guidance throughout the programme.

To continue this spirit of renewal, the youth proposed new initiatives including quarterly deanery-level seminars, leadership training, and an annual two- or three-day retreat—marking a revitalised commitment to building a vibrant faith community within the deanery.
