Day 31 of 40: Daily Encounters with Jesus

March 25, 2026: Today Jesus reminds us through St. Faustina’s Diary that He looks at the intention of the heart more than the outward action (Diary reflections).

We often focus on results — how well we performed, how others perceive us, or whether our efforts were successful. But God looks deeper. He sees the intention behind every action — the love, sincerity, and honesty within it.

Even imperfect efforts, when done with love, are precious in His sight. This Lent invites us to purify not just what we do, but why we do it.

Ask Yourself: Why do I do the things I do — for God, or for recognition? Can I offer my intentions to Him today?

Pray: Jesus, purify the intentions of my heart.
