March 18, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.
Today Jesus reminds us through St. Faustina’s Diary that faithfulness in small daily duties is precious in His sight (Diary, 176). We often imagine holiness as something extraordinary — heroic sacrifices, great works, or dramatic moments of conversion.
Yet much of our life is made up of ordinary responsibilities: family obligations, work, conversations, and routine tasks. St. Faustina discovered that these simple duties, when done with love, become paths to holiness.
This Lent, let us remind ourselves to rediscover the holiness hidden in our everyday lives. If we cannot be faithful and holy in the small tasks at home or at work, then even the greater things we do for others lose their true meaning.
Ask Yourself: Am I faithful in the ordinary responsibilities entrusted to me? Can I offer my daily work to God today?
Pray: Jesus, help me serve You faithfully in the ordinary moments of my life.
