ICYM National Team Engages with Youth Leaders from Agra Region During Regional Council Meeting

Agra, June 27, 2025: Key members of the National Executive Committee (NEXCO) of the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) met with leaders of the ICYM Agra Region on June 22 during the Agra Regional Youth Council Meet 2025. The gathering focused on strengthening ties with young regional leaders and deepening their understanding of ICYM’s mission and values. Representing the ICYM NEXCO team were Mr. Raj, Ms. Supriya, Ms. Teresa, and Mr. Albin, who engaged in meaningful dialogue and encouraged greater collaboration within the movement.

During the meeting, the national team clearly outlined the vision and mission of ICYM and shared the strategic plans of the CCBI Youth Commission. They also 

presented the national calendar of events and clarified the specific roles and responsibilities of youth leaders.

The regional and diocesan teams of the ICYM Agra region actively engaged in the discussions, offering valuable suggestions and feedback to strengthen the ICYM movement.

ICYM National President Mr. Raj Bag warmly invited all participants to the upcoming National Youth Convention – Witness 2025, scheduled to take place in Kerala this October.

The ICYM NEXCO team expressed heartfelt appreciation to Fr. Joel Fernandes (Regional Youth Director, ICYM Agra Region) and his team for their generous hospitality, unwavering support, and guidance, which helped in the smooth conduct of the meeting.
