‘Discerning Leadership’ Workshop To Be Held at Pedro Arrupe Institute, Goa

RAIA, Goa, March 10, 2025 – The Pedro Arrupe Institute, an Ignatian Spirituality Centre based in Raia, Goa, will be conducting a four-day workshop titled "Discerning Leadership" from March 27 to 30, 2025. The workshop, which is being organised in light of the Jubilee Year, aims to build the capacities and competencies of both clerical and lay leaders in the synodal church. The workshop is meant for bishops, clergy, religious superiors, and lay leaders within the Church and society.

The workshop will cover several key themes, including Personal and Spiritual Formation for Discerning Leadership, Leading and Managing Teams, Listening & Communication and Conflict Resolution, Creating Cultures of Collaboration, and Discernment in Common. Through engaging talks by expert resource persons, personal reflection sessions, and group sharing sessions, the workshop will provide a holistic learning experience for the participants, rooted in the Ignatian model of inner transformation.
