Mar 20, 2026: This Lent, let us step into a daily two-minute encounter with Jesus, guided by the intimate conversations recorded in St. Faustina’s Diary. Come, listen to His voice, and speak to Him from your heart.
Today Jesus reminds us through St. Faustina’s Diary that perseverance in prayer is deeply pleasing to Him (Diary, 1578). There are moments when prayer feels easy and consoling. But there are also seasons when prayer feels dry, distracted, or difficult.
St. Faustina learned that what matters most is not how we feel in prayer, but our faithfulness to continue. In a world that values quick results, God invites us to remain patient and persevering.
This Lent, let us strengthen our resolve to persevere even when prayer becomes challenging.
Ask Yourself: Do I remain faithful to prayer even when it feels difficult? Do I truly believe that God hears all my prayers? How can I create space for prayer today?
Pray: Jesus, strengthen my perseverance in prayer.
