Synod Job Fair 2025 Creates Pathways for Student Careers in Chennai

Chennai, November 23, 2025: Christ Career hosted the Synod Job Fair on 22 November at Rosary Matriculation Higher Secondary School, offering students a meaningful platform for career guidance and employment opportunities. The event, organised by the Christ Career Community in partnership with Nirmaan Organisation and Eegai Inidhu, aimed to bridge the gap between young aspirants and prospective employers.

This year’s fair recorded an impressive turnout, with 45 reputed companies taking part and 1,511 students from various departments attending. More than 700 students secured placements, reflecting the fair’s strong industry engagement and the effectiveness of its outreach. The event enabled students to explore diverse career paths, understand current industry expectations, and engage directly with employers and professionals.

Interactive stalls, guidance sessions, and resource exhibits formed the core of the programme, supporting students in career exploration, skill-building, and future planning. The collaborative initiative sought to equip young learners with greater awareness, confidence, and direction as they navigate their academic and professional pathways.

The Management and Staff expressed their appreciation for the enthusiastic participation of students, the support of parents, and the contributions of the Christ Career Community, Nirmaan Organisation, and Eegai Inidhu.
