Day 1 — A Heart Consecrated to God

St. Euphrasia, from your childhood you desired to belong completely to Jesus. Help us to place God at the centre of our lives and to respond generously to His call.

May we learn to surrender our plans, desires and worries to the Lord, trusting that His plans are always for our good.

St. Euphrasia, help me to give my heart completely to Jesus and to seek His will above everything else.

Day 2 — A Woman of Deep Prayer

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

St. Euphrasia, you spent long hours in prayer and remained united with God even amid your daily responsibilities. Obtain for us a deeper spirit of prayer.

Teach us to turn to Jesus in joy and sorrow and to discover His presence in the ordinary events of each day.

St. Euphrasia, teach me to love prayer and to remain always close to Jesus.

Day 3 — Humility and Simplicity

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

St. Euphrasia, you lived with remarkable humility and simplicity, never seeking recognition for yourself. Help us to overcome pride and the desire for praise.

May we learn to serve others quietly, generously and lovingly, remembering that true greatness comes from God.

St. Euphrasia, obtain for me a humble and simple heart that seeks only to please God.

Day 4 — Patience in Suffering

St. Euphrasia, you accepted trials and suffering with faith and perseverance, uniting yourself with the suffering Christ. Pray for all who are experiencing difficulties.

Help us not to lose hope when we face sickness, disappointment, loneliness or uncertainty.

St. Euphrasia, teach me to carry my crosses with patience and trust in God's loving providence.

Day 5 — Love for the Eucharistic Jesus

May the Eucharistic Jesus transform our hearts and make us more generous in loving and serving others.

St. Euphrasia, deepen my love for Jesus in the Holy Eucharist and help me remain united with Him.

Day 6 — Compassion and Charity

May we become instruments of God's compassion in our families, communities and workplaces.

St. Euphrasia, teach me to see Christ in every person and to serve others with a loving heart.

Day 7 — Trust in God's Providence

Help us to surrender our fears, worries and anxieties to the Lord.

St. Euphrasia, please obtain for me the grace to trust God completely, especially when I cannot understand His ways.

Obtain for us the grace to remain faithful to Christ every day, even when our efforts seem small or unnoticed.

St. Euphrasia, help me persevere in faith and never give up in my pursuit of holiness.

Day 9 — A Life Offered for Others

St. Euphrasia, your life became a continual offering of prayer and sacrifice for the Church and for the salvation of souls. Teach us to offer our own lives, joys, sufferings and work to God.

Through your intercession, may we receive the grace we seek in this novena, if it is according to God's holy will.

St. Euphrasia, “Praying Mother,” intercede for me and for all those whom I carry in my heart. Lead us closer to Jesus and help us remain faithful until the end.
