The Commission for Women is grounded in the ideology of empowering women, promoting equality, and fostering supportive relationships among women. To realize this vision, the Commission advocates for a shift away from a formal, knowledge-based approach (such as the traditional student-teacher model) toward a more personal, heart-to-heart methodology.
