New Marian Grotto Inaugurated at Our Lady of Good Health Parish, Ghana, Jabalpur

Jabalpur, 27 May 2025 – In a spirit of devotion and celebration, Our Lady of Good Health Parish, Ghana, Jabalpur, dedicated a newly constructed grotto to Our Lady of Velankanni during the Month of Mary. The solemn inauguration and blessing ceremony was led by Most Rev. Bishop Valan Arasu, Bishop of the Diocese of Jabalpur.

The event, held on 24 May 2025, was marked by the presence of Rev. Fr James D’Souza, the parish priest, along with a large gathering of the faithful, priests, and religious from the surrounding areas. The grotto, a tribute to the revered Marian title Our Lady of Good Health, is expected to become a place of prayer and spiritual solace for many.

This sacred initiative reflects the deep Marian devotion of the local Catholic community. Parishioners expressed joy and gratitude as the new grotto was unveiled, offering a space for personal prayer, reflection, and seeking intercession.
